- Now you need to open the bullet or numbered lists options (depending on the list you’re using). Tip: One quick way of accomplishing this is by holding down the ALT key (Windows) or Option key (Mac OS) and clicking the bullet or numbered list icon. This will instantly open up the options.
Go to inspector, then go to the options to insert bullets under 'List' in the 'T' icon. Under the bullets menu option, there is text indent. Set that to 0 and it should line up under the same main. To add text bullets, place your cursor in the line of text, and on the Home tab, pick a bullet style. Press Enter to move to the next bullet.
